What The World Needs Now is a time trip back to an era of great possibility and hope. An intimate, fun, flirty, nostalgic concert of pop hits from the mid-1960s and early 1970s - performed by Juno Award and Canadian Radio Award nominee, Wendy Lands and her band (lead by her husband Jim Gillard). The concert features songs made famous by likes of Barbara, Dusty, Dionne, Petula, The Carpenters, Carole, Carly and more and is threaded together with monologues and stories from Wendy's memories. Audience Participation - A Must!
